It’s just over three weeks until Christmas and we have four of the biggest market drivers we’ve seen in a long time. All four of these started at 100-1 when the market opened last night and are now at a fraction of the price. The first three are all much bigger with bet365 than elsewhere at the time of writing.

Sweet nightingale (100-1 -> 12-1) is the first motivation of the day. She’s keen to get back into action at Wincanton in a race that runs at a steady gallop. She’s shaped well enough, only beating eleven lengths when things clearly aren’t going her way. That’s a big step on her bumper form and she could make another if her stabilization is better.
Two drivers here from triple digit prices, the first of which is Lenny (100-1 -> 14-1) for Chris Grant. He showed no more than a promise on his Catterick debut but the softer surface here would be a better fit. This track is the only one where his field is profitable with bets on bluffs, which is interesting.
The second is Micky Hammond training Countess Olivia (100-1 -> 16-1.) She hasn’t been seen for a year, trying to overtake Eileendover in her race debut at Wetherby. She doesn’t show much there but she is half sister to very smart flat performer Nuit St Georges.
Gudrun Genberg (100-1 > 14-1) still not shown much in a pair of girls. She improved her RPR by one touch on her second start, hitting more than seven feathers on this track, now a mile away. She’s a half-sister to some of the National Hunt’s horses so perhaps a longer ride could improve her.
