French streamer creates 3D Yu-Gi-Oh Battle Arena at home
French streamer Superzouloux created a Yu-Gi-Oh 3D battle arena in your own home. Footage of the arena was shared on Twitter by Jake Lucky. This includes a clip demonstrating how the arena works. The footage shows 3D models appearing on camera after a card has been played, similar to how it does in games like Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel. However, the matter did not stop there.
Superzouloux also programmed the camera to switch perspectives once the card was played. This created a completely hands-free experience for the streamer, which is shown in the footage. In one extended YouTube videos he revealed that he worked on this project for about 7 months behind the scenes. He breaks down the process of creating this system. This includes the effort to create 3D models for the card and create special electronic parts.
You can watch the footage of Superzouloux’s Yu-Gi-Oh 3D battle arena below. Its videos are subtitled, so viewers can read about his process in creating the fully functional arena while watching the clip.
French streamer @Superzouloux did something really crazy. Fulfilling my childhood dream of being able to do a real 3D Yu-Gi-Oh battle
It took him 7 months to complete and it’s unbelievable pic.twitter.com/ePvtDCtm7q
