Crystalline Conflict is a PvP mode that appears in Final Fantasy XIV since patch 6.1. The mode itself consists of players digging it out while trying to move their respective crystal to target points on the map. A rating system exists for Crystal Conflict, which provides rewards to players based on their performance. A combat pass has also been made available via the patch update.
Since their release, some Job Classes have seen multiple adjustments as a result. Final Fantasy XIV Producer Naoki Yoshida briefly talked about the things mentioned balance change, which assures players that much information regarding the win rates of specific Job Classes has been considered. This is also done to encourage players to use other Class Job, like Black Mage.
