Fetty Wap opens up about her daughter dying

Fetty Wap recently opened up about her daughter’s death. His daughter Lauren Maxwell passed away this summer.

He talks about the tragedy with Fat Joe.

“I lost my daughter on June 24. I got that phone call at 12:36 pm. I will never forget this day in my life. I was down in Miami at this Cuban place I went, I called. at 12:36 I see the baby’s mother’s number on my phone,” he said.

“At the time, we didn’t really get along, so I was thinking to myself, ‘Oh, I’m going to see my baby. I’m going to see my daughter.’ And when I answer the phone, she looks at me, and when she looks at me, I’m like ‘What’s wrong?’ She put her head down, and I hung up like, ‘What’s wrong?’ Then she called me back and I saw tears in my eyes and I said, ‘Get over here now, come over here now.’ Then she showed me the officer and he said, ‘I’m sorry.’
