‘Extended game’ revealed as 2024 Paris Olympics slogan

The organizers of the 2024 Paris Olympics announced “Games Wide Open” as their official tagline on Monday and announced the ticket prices that fans can start signing up for from December. released with a video promising the Olympics and Paralympics will be “faster”, “higher” and “stronger” – as well as “more integrated, more brotherly, more beautiful.” The organizers say “this is” an invitation from all over the world to experience new emotions.
A total of 13 million tickets will be sold for the two events, with almost half of the tickets available to the public selling for less than 50 euros ($51).
In addition to the opening and closing ceremonies, prices for events will range from 24 euros to a maximum of 950 euros, organizers said in a press statement.
Fans are invited to participate in the ticket draw from December. Packages including tickets for three separate events will cost from 72 euros and will go on sale from February.
Also on Monday, French President Emmanuel Macron gathered senior ministers to discuss growing concerns about the cost and security of the big event.

France’s top auditing body, the Cour des Comptes, warned in a recent report that it was “mandatory” to step up preparation for the game’s “significant” security challenge.
It hints at downsizing the ambitious opening ceremony, which is expected to take place on the River Seine and feature a fleet of 200 boats and around 600,000 spectators.
