Earnest Lacour of Oklahoma City now faces seven counts of knowingly transmitting HIV to multiple people after being arrested in October, according to court documents obtained exclusively by Shade room.
Lacour, 30, was charged with three felony counts of spreading an infectious disease in October 2022. Court documents show he is currently facing seven felony counts.

Court documents also allege Lacour spread HIV for three years, from September 1, 2019 – October 25, 2022. Each count corresponds to each day he was charged with “Participating in reasonable human immunodeficiency (HIV) VIRUS TRANSFER behavior.”

The woman accused Lacour of infecting her with HIV
The woman went to authorities after discovering she had HIV, alleging Lacour had infected her with the disease and told The Shade Room privately that she thought she was sick with a “stomach ulcer”. The mother also said she had been ill for “about two years” before being diagnosed in March 2022. She had “lost a lot of weight” and was “vomiting for days at times”.
When she heard the news, she FaceTimed Lacour, crying about her diagnosis and claiming that Lacour had told her “it’s okay” and “it’s not a big deal.”
She also took to social media and claimed the defendant knowingly spread the disease. As a result, many women have made similar claims.

It wasn’t until the unnamed woman and Lacour went to the doctor together that she discovered he was HIV-positive.
I convinced him to come see the doctor with me. He was supposed to have his blood drawn at the doctor’s office, but he started the treatment the same day I started it.
Lacour’s attorney, Joel Porter, filed a bail request in March, but was dismissed by the judge. The 30-year-old’s preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place later this month (April 21).
