Hello everyone, I’m Jae Yoo, Game Director of Eternights and Founder of Studio Sai. Since our reveal last year, we’ve put in a lot of effort and have a lot to share with you.
As you may knowEternights is a unique mix of dating and action, where players can explore a post-apocalyptic world full of danger, love, and adventure. The game combines thrilling romantic storyline with fierce combat, giving players a thrilling and memorable gaming experience.

Changes made to Eternights since it was first announced last year
Since the reveal in June 2022, we’ve made a lot of updates to Eternights, but unfortunately we can’t cover them all as the list is quite long. The most important aspect we focus on is enhancing the overall game flow and immersion, so that players can truly immerse themselves in the characters and story of the game. We wanted people to feel like they were living in the game world and experiencing the story for themselves.
Towards that end, we’ve made a concerted effort to improve the user interface, making it more intuitive and cohesive. Another important aspect of this is the improved dungeon completion deadline, which emphasizes the importance of time management. To further enhance this sense of urgency, we have devoted considerable resources to the design and implementation of the in-game calendar and deadline interface. This allows players to easily track and manage their progress, while adding an extra layer of tension and excitement to the game.
We’ve put a lot of effort into the dialogue UI to ensure it seamlessly integrates with the general world of Eternights, enhancing players’ immersion into the game.
Eternights is fast-paced, real-time combat with a variety of options like Elemental Attack, Perfect Dodge, Parry, Special Skills, and Confident Combat Skills that can overwhelm players. So the team put a lot of effort into improving the user interface during combat to make the interface smoother and more intuitive, allowing players to focus more on the story and the story of the player. game.
We’ve also made significant updates to Eternights’ environment and level design to give players even more compelling reasons to explore dungeons with their beloved confidants. . The game world is detailed and varied, with new areas to explore, enemies to defeat, and challenges to overcome. The level design has been created to create a sense of discovery and adventure, encouraging players to explore more in the world of the game.
In addition to gameplay and UI improvements, we’ve also made major updates to the characters, main story, combat, and minigames. These updates bring players a more immersive and dynamic gameplay experience, with new challenges and opportunities to explore both the characters and the world of Eternights.
One of the coolest updates we’ve made is the addition of Japanese and Korean voices to the game. This will allow players to experience the story in their preferred language. In the near future, we will be announcing Japanese voice actors who have agreed to devote their energy and unique talents to the game. We can’t say much, other than that they are well known figures in the anime industry who have voiced other beloved characters.
Eternights is coming to PS5 and PS4 this summer, and we hope that you enjoy all the updates and improvements we’ve made to the game.
