Looks like it’s a done deal when it comes to Erica Mena and Safaree’s marriage. Erica was seen celebrating the fact that she is now “officially divorced”.
This past weekend, Erica held an event in Tampa, and on stage she shared with the crowd in excitement that it was all official when she got divorced. While talking on the mic, Erica said, “I said that I’m officially divorced. We celebrate life, we celebrate freedom, and we celebrate that we are evil and we run this damn. ”
This is not the first time Erica has celebrated her farewell with Safaree. Last September, just four months after filing for divorce, she threw a divorce party to celebrate her single day.
Erica official filed for divorce last May, and the ups and downs of their relationship have surfaced on both television and social media.
There was a time when fans thought there might be reconciliation between the two when Safaree was seen as part of Erica’s birthday celebrations last November. It was seen that she danced her thighs for him, and he even kicked her for her special day.
However, things seemed to turn sour after the fact. Back in February, Erica said that Safaree’s apology for her because what he did to her during their marriage, which aired on “Love & Hip Hop: Family Reunion,” was a “lie.”
Erica and Safaree officially got married in 2019 and they have a son and a daughter together.
