Rick Ross’s New Girlfriend Bleached Skin
She is unlikely to face criminal prosecution for public indecent behavior in Houston. Under Texas law, this crime includes disclosing any part of a person’s g*nitals or *s to others in order to incite them. He or she must also be cautious about whether anyone around may not appreciate the vision.
The law in Texas only applies to g*nitalia. What is not specifically listed in the statute are women’s breasts. So going topless in Texas as a woman is a gray area.
It’s certainly not rude behavior, but it could be seen as disorderly conduct. While there is no law against going topless, it can still lead to arrest and prosecution.
