Black Friday is fast approaching and the sale has already begun. If you’re after a game or two (or ten) this week, the Epic Games Store sale is live now, offering discounts on a wide range of new and old stuff. They have deals on Far Cry 6, Outer Wilds, Inscryption, Humankind, Red Dead Redemption 2 and loads more.
Epic’s sale kicked off last night and will run until November 30, you can check out the full selection on their Black Friday store page, but I was looking for a few highlights to suggest here.
First, some new little gems. Daniel Mullins’ spooky roguelike model Coding is 10% off, as well as Red Hook’s latest gothic adventure Darkest Dungeon 2. Then you have the new sci-fi game by Superbrothers Jett: The Far Shore 25% offand (not so new but still a gem) RPS fave Outer Wilds 40% off.
For the tactical and strategy buffs among you, Humankind is 20% off, and for those who like to herd cows, Red Dead Redemption 2 is 50% off. Hitman 3 has a lovely big sale 60% too.
Although this is not the biggest sale, you can grab Far Cry 6 17% off for £41.49, not bad considering it’s just over a month old. Kena: May the soul have another little one, but worth it, discount, cost £28.79 10% off.
Finally, Epic has some extras that will cut the price by more than 80%. You can get Sid Meier’s Civilization VI for only £7.49, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for £6.99and This War Of Mine for £2.99.
However, don’t discharge all your money too soon, there is a lot of revenue to come. Steam’s Black Friday sale kicks off later today, and we’ll have some suggestions to send you about it the next day or so. GOG sale has also started.
