On Monday, one of the world’s largest advertising agencies, IPG, advised its clients to pause Twitter ads for a week, citing the need for more clarity on Twitter’s plans to ensure guarantee “reliability and safety” on the platform. IPG is granted billions of pounds a year by some of the world’s biggest brands to handle their marketing budgets.
