Eighty-pound dinosaur statue stolen from Burnaby, B.C. backyard
An 80-pound dinosaur statue was stolen from the yard of a Burnaby, B.C., dwelling final week.
The mottled inexperienced fibreglass statue was reported lacking from a property within the northern a part of the town on Tuesday morning.
According to tweets from the Burnaby RCMP on Wednesday, the merchandise was reportedly a part of the Alberta Pavilion on the 1986 World Exposition in Vancouver.
“First considered from the Late Jurassic or Cretaceous interval, she or he is definitely from the Expo 86 period,” reads the tweet. “Please contact police with any data.”
The Mounties be aware that the cat pictured on prime of the dinosaur’s head is just not a suspect within the crime.
