eFootball 2023 is out now on all major platforms and mobile devices. On Thursday, Konami rolled out the latest release/content update for their annual soccer simulation franchise. This year, the free-to-play title places AC Milan and Inter as officially licensed clubs, with the summer transfer windows reflected in their squads.
