In an interview iFL TVhe say:
“Comments, opinions [from Garcia] is a translation from spanish and at the end of the day I think Usyk’s mind is stronger than ‘AJ’s’.
And from a boxing point of view, I think the guy [Usyk] he’s had 400 amateur fights, he’s undisputed at cruiserweight, he’s been boxing since he was about six so there’s no shame in that and ‘AJ’, I feel, when they returned their poop at the end of the ninth round, I feel ‘AJ’ will win the fight.
Robert [Garcia] will have his opinion, as will everyone else’s, and we move on. “
Hearn announced after the third loss of his career that he will work to get him back in the ring sooner rather than later, with Joshua saying he will “fight anyone” when he wants to get back in the saddle of victory before rebuilding to compete for the world title.
