Dr. Brian Donley assumes executive role at New York-Presbyterian


Cleveland Clinic London CEO will return to the United States to work in New York City.

NewYork-Presbyterian announced in a press release that it has appointed Dr. Brian Donley as executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective January 9, 2023. He will succeed Dr. Laura L. Forese, who will retire.

Donley will direct NewYork-Presbyterian strategy and operations and “will be responsible for achieving the health care system’s operational goals and implementing the strategic vision and patient-centered culture in enterprise-wide,” the health system said in a statement.

NewYork-Presbyterian is an academic health system of 10 hospitals with approximately 48,000 employees.
