Top camera review site DPReview announced that the site is shutting down after almost a quarter of a century of existence. DPReview General Manager Scott Everett wrote: “The site will remain live until April 10 and the editorial team is still working on reviews and looks forward to delivering some of the best content ever. to our present. Everyone on our staff was a DPReview reader and fan prior to working here, and we are grateful for the communities that have formed around the site.”
Over the past few years, DPReview has been synonymous with entertaining and often hilarious YouTube videos presented by Chris Nichols and Jordan Drake, which review the photographic and videography aspects of the latest cameras, respectively. Luckily, fans of the dynamic duo (including us) won’t have to worry, as Chris and Jordan will lead the way. PetaPixel’s New YouTube Channelreleased in May.
