RRR Zee5 release date
The big budget action drama RRR, starring NT Rama Rao Jr (Jr NTR), Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, etc., is likely to make its OTT premiere on Zee5 on May 20. It can also be released on Netflix on the same day. There is no official announcement by either platform but it is believed that an announcement of the RRR release date will be made soon. Netflix has reserved the rights to the Hindi dub version of the film. But if you want to watch movies in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam it will only be available on Zee5.

RRR or ‘Roudram Ranam Rudhiram’ in Telugu (Rise Roar Revolt in English) has set many records since the day it was released. The film hit the silver screen on March 25, 2022. On day one, the RRR box office gross was Rs. 240 crores. It doesn’t stop there, the movie hit an amazing Rs. 1,131.9 crores worldwide so far. It is one of the few Indian films to join the ‘1000 crore club’ along with the popular film Baahubali 2 by Dangal and SS Rajamouli. In addition to being the third highest grossing Indian film globally, RRR is also the second highest grossing film in India, after Dangal. Although KGF 2 is right behind its tail and could take over the movie at any time.
The film grossed 14,000 on its 46th day on the silver screen, which is a pretty good collection considering it’s a Monday. The numbers were down slightly but are expected to rise on Friday. While it’s unlikely the movie will hit the Rs. 1200 crore mark, it can reach more than Rs. 1,150 crore.
