“What a fantastic day in Wollongong here as City Coast Motorcycles donated two new Triumphs – a Bobber and a Bonneville T120 – to Phill and Ermond for being the two highest fundraisers in Australia and two of top three fundraisers globally. It shows how well Wollongong punches beyond its weight for the equestrian community, Outstanding Gentlemen’s Trip and those who are helping other men in need. “
The Distincished Gentleman’s Ride combines classic and vintage style riders from all over the world. Participants raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer, mental health and suicide prevention programs on behalf of charity partner The Movember Foundation.
As the second highest fundraiser in the world, Phill Critcher has raised a staggering AU$38,308, giving Wollongong residents a Triumph Bobber, in the Matt Storm/Gray Matt Ironstone movie, a helmet. Hedon is especially inspired by the DGR and the award table. Phill’s fundraising efforts were closely followed by Ermond Morelli’s ($37,756), who took home a Triumph Bonneville T120 (Cobalt/Silver Ice blue) and a Hedon helmet and prize pool.

Phill and Ermond have been involved since 2018 when they formed a quartet, The FCs or Four Cure. It has grown to seven strong and in 2021 it ranks third highest fundraising group worldwide.
The 2021 event marks the fifth year City Coast Motorcycles has introduced the DGR – Wollongong. In just five years, it has become one of the most generous cities in the world, raising around A350,000 USD for men’s health and reaching second place in 2021 ahead of London and New York. Tim Sim, City Coast Motorcycles dealer principal, is pleased with the result.
