Los Angeles has fallen. The once glamorous hangout spot of the rich and famous is now overrun with the undead, and the city is under strict military quarantine. Nothing gets in. Nothing gets out.
You are the new star in this dangerous glitter town (which the locals call HELL-A), and everybody wants a part of you—both the living and the dead—so be prepared to fend off the onslaught of the transformed Los Angelinos as you try to break free from Dodge.
Kill with total brutality
Good news? You are a natural in this killer show. Get ready to behead, mutilate, dissect and destroy any zombie that dares to stand in your way. The combat system will help you chain attacks, blocks, dodges, and special abilities to match your unique playstyle so you can kill with maximum efficiency and style.
You will also use the environment to your advantage. Pierce a container filled with caustic liquid and throw a zombie into the spilled liquid to watch the meat melt and fall off their skeletons to reveal their rotting organs. Dirty.

In these difficult times, weapons are a killer’s best friend. Whether you’re slicing, dicing, smashing, smashing, or even gouging your resurrected enemies, you’ll be able to find the tool for the job somewhere in HELL-A.
Swords, bear claws, sledgehammers, hunting knives, brass fists, and maces are just a few of the weapons you’ll find scattered throughout the city.
But if you don’t want shards of brains and bones on your skin — or have had enough of a dead zombie’s breath — you can take out those bloodsuckers from afar with an entire arsenal of ranged weapons: Get yourself a pistol, shotgun, carbine, shotgun, or even nail gun handy to get the job done from a more comfortable distance.
If you find yourself not entirely satisfied with the lethality of your weapon, you can hit one of the many workbenches found throughout HELL-A to install some perks and modifications. No Hollywood production is complete without a main cast, so naturally, you’ll meet other survivors of your time at HELL-A.

Not your normal zombie movie
The archetypal staggered zombie you’ve seen a lot in Hollywood over the years won’t stand much of a chance against a zombie exterminator like you. Luckily, there’s a mix of enemies in HELL-A, ready to test your abilities.
Some slow, some fast, some really powerful, some can make your ears tingle with a shrill scream, and some will explode into a thousand pieces of meat and slime if you get too close. You have been warned.
Embrace the zombie inside
Did we forget to mention that you were bitten and infected with the same virus that turned everyone else into the undead? But it hasn’t taken over completely yet. Instead, you’re riding on a wave of infection, sitting somewhere between humans and zombies, which comes with its own set of abilities.
When killing gets tough, activate Fury mode to unleash the zombie inside of you and start tearing your enemies apart in no time. That’s just the surface of your newfound power, but more details on that later…
