Reunions between pets and their family members are often filled with tears and embraces of joy. Dogs being reunited with their parents or military relatives after a long absence is one of the funniest and most tearful videos online.

Just ask Oshie, Golden Retrieverwho misses his soldier mother so much that he can’t contain his emotions on the day of reunion.

Oshie’s mother was in Norway on a training mission. When she returned home to her family, Oshie waited patiently for her arrival.

The dog’s father filmed the reunion and asked Oshie, “Who’s at home?”

The dog looked around the corner and stood by the entrance before it turned into a party!

He couldn’t contain his emotions, waved his hands, jumped at his mother and even rolled over because of the scratch on his stomach. Oshie’s mother is surprised and brings her knees closer to the dog so she can see better. At one stage, noticed Oshie bring his mother a blanket, presumably to say “never leave me again!“
