Speaking at a Covid death memorial service held last week for NHS frontline workers, Rev Paul Nash, chaplain at Birmingham Children’s and Women’s Hospital, said staff and people caregivers sacrificed their “mental and physical health”, with many paying the ultimate sacrifice with their lives.
