The same tracks, the same cars, and the same rules are available to anyone in a variety of games and services. However, one of the oldest engineering companies in motorsport is bringing one of its richest products to sim racers.
cosworth introduced the CCW MkII Pro Sim steering wheel at the Autosport International exhibition taking place in Birmingham, England. CCW MkII Pro Sim is a consumer emulator version of Its CCW MkII. Real-world wheels are a popular choice for prototypes in motorsport. CCW MkII is also famous as the specification handlebars of IndyCar series.
The Pro Sim version has the same button interface layout and structure as the FIA-certified competition version. Both wheels have a 4.3-inch display and an array of LED gearshift lights along with ten push buttons, four 12-position rotary knobs and two 12-position adjustment wheels. The perfect tool to recreate the Indianapolis 500 driving experience.

Cosworth has yet to reveal when the CCW MkII Pro Sim will be available or how much it will cost at retail. This release will undoubtedly be bittersweet for IndyCar fans. IndyCar’s spec steering wheel will be available for sim racers as the series end of commercial relationship with the iRacing consumer simulation service.
