Conor McGregor accused of raping woman in Miami
Conor McGregor was accused of raping a woman at Game 4 of the NBA Finals, though his team denies the allegation.
The alleged attack went down after Conor McGregor punched Miami Heat Mascot
TMZ reported on the allegations against the UFC fighter on Thursday (June 15), and the alleged sexual assault subsided shortly after the Denver Nuggets beat the Miami Heat on June 9.
McGregor initially made headlines when he attended the bout and participated in a show game between innings involves him brutally punching the Heat mascot.
However, the newspaper reported that McGregor was accused of “violently” assaulting a woman in the men’s bathroom of the Kaseya Center that evening.
Heartbreakingly, in the letter of request written by the lawyer Ariel MitchellNBA and Heat employees are said to have facilitated the attack by separating the woman from her friend.
The woman said she was then taken to a restroom, where Conor McGregor and his security guard were said to be waiting.
The UFC fighter’s team denied the troubling allegations: “Mr. McGregor will not be threatened.”
Allegedly, Conor McGregor “aggressively” kissed the woman as his security guard blocked anyone from entering or leaving the bathroom.
The 34-year-old man was later charged with forcing the woman to engage in sexual intercourse before allegedly attempting to take over her.
The woman said she was finally able to escape after throwing some ‘bows and arrows,’ and she soon filed a police report. TMZ confirmed that the Miami Police Department has been investigating the matter since Sunday.
After contacting police, the woman sought a settlement from Conor McGregor, along with the NBA and Miami Heat.
However, given the situation, Conor’s representative said that “the allegations are untrue.” They also added, “Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated.”
As for the Miami Heat, the team issued a public statement and stated, “We are aware of the allegations and are conducting a full investigation.”

The UFC is said to have acknowledged the situation by sharing that the organization will “allow the legal process to take place.”
Conor McGregor has yet to comment on the incident.
