There’s something monstrous in the air, with newly discovered prototype weapons and signs of an impending threat far greater than man or machine. We can’t wait for players to discover what’s going on in Season Three, Classified Weapons. New Maps, New Weapons, New Gulags, Updated Points of Interest on Caldera, and the return of the Almighty Trophy System are just a few of the things coming in the new season.
PlayStation players have a lot to look forward to in Classified Arms, the third season of Call of Duty: Vanguard and Call of Duty: Warzone. Can Captain Butcher and the new Task Force Harpy face the looming threat?

Season Three Battle Pass
The Season Three Battle Pass brings 100 levels of new content, including two new free weapons: the M1916 Marksman Rifle and the Nikita AVT Assault Rifle.
M1916 Marked Rifle: A German semi-automatic rifle, the M1916 punches hard with a large two-shot kill range before attachments are included. The recoil can be a challenge but is easily countered by adjusting your fire rate.
Nikita AVT: The Nikita boasts the highest rate of fire in the Assault Rifle category, with an upward jagged kick through sustained fire. Use Gunsmith to improve handling in the way of an SMG, or focus on damage and ranged control to suit the more traditional role of AR.
Purchase the Season 3 Battle Pass to instantly receive Mateo Hernandez of Task Force Harpy at Level 0. Appearing later in the Shop are two other Harpy Operators, Florence Carter and Kim Tae Young.
Earn two more weapons – the Sledgehammer and the H4 Blixen SMG – by completing their in-game challenges or by purchasing their respective Store Packs at the end of the season.
Warzone Brings Updated POIs, New Gulag, Operation Monarch
Digging site: Located between the Mines and the Ruins, the Monarch Dig Site’s new Point of Interest offers Operators the chance to rummage through abandoned excavation equipment, tents, and giant skeletons for Supply Boxes and items other.
Updates for Runway, Peak, Lagoon: Only partially built in the past two seasons, Caldera’s northern Airstrip and its stronghold on the Peak will be fortified by Caldera’s defenders and its secrets. Meanwhile, the shifting of the tides on the Lagoon will reveal another path to the Lighthouse.
Monarch Campaign: Although Operation Monarch will begin until around May 11, keep an eye out for signs of large creatures, ancient artifacts, equipment and Monarch research facilities, and… Well, that will. It didn’t take much investigation to find a giant glowing ax protruding from the ground near the Resort.
New Gulag – Hold: A new Gulag developed by Toys for Bob, this quasi-symmetrical arena sits in the belly of a ship moored off Caldera, with identical corridors on the perimeter of another open space.
Intel mid-season: Operation Monarch is likely to have a major impact on Caldera, but something else appears to be shaking and exploding beneath the island. Expect more information about Caldera’s secrets beneath the surface later in the season, along with another Rebirth Island twist in the classic Warzone mode.
Multiplayer brings two new maps, trophy system
Let the chaos begin. Season three brings two new minimaps to the Multiplayer rotation: Mayhem and Sphere.
Mayhem (Launch): This 1950s series is built for fast-paced combat. Move quickly and step into the center in this small-scale replica of a bustling metropolis with many destructible elements throughout. Get ready for your close-ups and lots of light, camera and action!
Spherical (In the section): A hidden weapons laboratory was found beneath the facade of a coal mine. This minimap is packed with secrets, featuring dual layers that use a lot of internal space to facilitate fast-paced melee opportunities.
New equipment – Trophy system: Designed as a prototype version of a modern handheld defense tool, the Trophies System will be a new Field Upgrade in this season’s Vanguard Multiplayer. It disables Frag Grenades, Stick Bombs, and Number 69 Stun Grenades thrown near the Trophy System. Unlike previous seasons, the Trophy System will be available for immediate use to all Vanguard players without a Battle Pass progress.
Additionally, the Ranked Play sequel brings two new Weapon Blueprints and two new camos to use on all weapon types. There are also Charms, Symbols, and even more rewards for playing Ranked, so return to the ladder and start your climb to the top again, when all Skill Ratings and Splits are available. Player’s skills are reset for a fresh start.
Zombies Update – The Way Ahead
Like in previous seasons of Vanguard, Zombies players can look forward to equipping the latest Battle Pass weapons in their Zombies Loadout, as well as completing 20 Challenges in the new Zombies season with unique XP and Calling Card rewards.
You can also earn the KG M40 and Whitley weapons from Season Two through the new Weapon Unlock Challenge in Zombies, available shortly after the Season Three update. Note: these weapons can also be earned through Multiplayer challenges.
