Former Cheer star Jerry Harris pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography and performing sex acts with a minor.
In a plea agreement with the government, Harris pleaded guilty to two of the charges alleging that he received child pornography and went to see a 15-year-old boy with whom he had sex.
U.S. District Judge Manish Shah said Harris could face a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison for one of the counts. A sentencing hearing date has been set for June 28. Harris will remain in federal custody in Chicago until sentencing.

Harris was arrested and charged in September 2020 with one count of producing child pornography for allegedly soliciting nude photography from a minor.
