CFMOTO launches new naked-retro naked 300CL-X
2023 CFMOTO 300CL-X
CFMOTO has expanded their 300 (292.4 cc) single-cylinder lineup with a new product in the form of the 300CL-X, which offers a neoclassical feel, for those who aren’t interested in the sporty 300SR or future more than 300NK, which the brand describes as a street fighter.
The learner-approved 300CL-X adopts the same neoclassical styling as its larger capacity parallel twin, the popular 700CL-X Heritage.
The success of the 700CL-X Heritage since its launch in Australia two years ago has created the ideal launch pad for the compact 300CL-X, powered by a 292 cc, fuel-injected, DOHC, cylinder engine Simple, flexible and responsive.
Power and torque are the same as the 300NK: 20.5 kW (27.9 hp) at 8750 rpm and 25 Nm at 7000 rpm. The 300CL-X also benefits from an upgraded engine mount to reduce vibrations even less, and it has a forged piston to reduce weight and inertia. There’s a lightly acting slipper clutch for smoother downshifts.
The 300CL-X features a responsive and agile chassis, upright and upright riding posture, sturdy CST tires, striking ‘X element’ LEDs, a circular LCD display and integrated T-Box technology for tracking vehicle status along with the free software CFMOTO App.
Drivers can enjoy a spacious plush seat, which adds a ‘weekend-capable’ element to the 300CL’s already commuter-friendly features such as a low 795 mm seat height. and 150 mm ground clearance.
Fuel capacity is 14.5 liters, the 300CL-X rides on 17-inch rubber and aluminum alloy cast wheels.
Colors are Nebula White and Nebula Black, and the retail price is $5990 – offering an especially affordable starting point to get into motoring for newbies or excellent value for the latter. when traveling small capacity.
Customization options include engine guards, side pockets, radiator covers, clamp mirrors, and lightweight sprockets.
Michael Poynton – Director of CFMOTO Australia
“We are very excited with the upcoming arrival of the 300CL-X. We first saw this neoclassical design language on the 700CL-X Heritage, and it makes perfect sense to extend it to the LAMS domain with the 300CL-X. There’s really nothing like it in the smaller displacement segment and with a proven chassis, engine and electronics thanks to all the hard work that has been done on existing 300cc models. , we believe the 300CL-X will attract a lot of interest. “
The all-new 300CL-X is available now, interested customers should contact their local CFMOTO motorcycle dealer for more information or visit cfmoto.com.au/300cl-x
