Buccaneers vs Bills: Tom Brady makes even more history with dramatic 33-27 overtime win

In the dramatic 33-27 extra time of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers win against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Brady surpassed Drew Brees’ record for most finishes in NFL history for the first time.

He enters the game needing 18 to establish a new mark; in the end, he had 7,156 finishes.

And when the 44-year-old found Breshad Perriman for the OT winner, it was the 700th touchdown of Brady’s career, regular season and knockout combined.

After the game, when asked what he would do with the ball on which he hit the big mark, Bucs QB told the media he wasn’t thinking “about those things.”

“People tell me they happen, which is pretty cool,” Brady speak.

“I keep some jerseys and things like that, but yeah, it’s pretty neat. It’s great to have so many people sharing those great achievements, obviously to me, I feel like they’re all the same. team awards, so anyone who’s ever caught a touchdown pass, they’re part of something pretty exciting in NFL history, anyone who’s finished that matter.

The first pitch from Brady to Perriman is the exciting end of a passionate encounter between the Bucs and the Bills.

“It’s pretty rare. But it’s great”, Brady told reporters after the game. “I don’t want it to come down to that, but in the end they all count as equal, you know?

“And we have to learn from that and we have to move on and obviously we’re playing for the category championship next week, which is pretty exciting for all of us.”
