Still sitting on one Airline British eVoucher received due to COVID-19?
The UK flag carrier has extended the validity of these e-Gift Vouchers, meaning you can now use them on completed journeys (including departure and return) before September 30, 2024, instead of the previously stated deadline of September 30, 2023.
The extension applies to e-vouchers issued as part of the airline’s Booking with Trust policy during the pandemic. The value of the voucher will be equal to the amount you paid for your ticket, including any extras you paid, such as seat selection and baggage.
You can use E-Gift Vouchers to pay for flights, for the full fare or as a partial payment, although you cannot currently redeem them for the additional services mentioned before there or to book online with BA Holidays.

With that said, if your flight was canceled between March 9, 2020 and November 19, 2020 and you originally requested an e-Gift Voucher from an airline you haven’t used , then you don’t need to spend.
In this case, the passenger is still entitled to a cash refund and they must request the refund by September 30, 2024. To claim a refund, use this form for each eVoucher.
If the canceled flight was partially paid for with Avios, you can also claim the points back.
Not sure if you are right? Check your email, because BA should have contacted you with refund options for every eVoucher you have. The eVoucher’s number must begin with “125”.
