FOX betting operations manager Matthew Griffe said the length of the match can determine the winner.
Griffe said if Ruiz remained stable, he could end the fight with a knockout. But the longer the war drags on, the more Ortiz benefits.
Griffe said: “Ruiz vs. Ortiz promises a classic heavyweight bout between two pillars at the top of the division. “The main question here is, what ring will Ruiz join after being fired for more than a year?
“A focused, well-formed Ruiz can send the crowd home early and bettors predict this is the case as he is currently a strong contender. However, Ortiz is a veteran. cunning soldier, and maybe he had one last time in him at the old 43-year-old.”
