The British Prime Minister has spoken to the Parliament of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada, via video link saying that Russia will be held accountable for its “war crimes”.
Boris Johnson said Russian soldiers had no ” excuse” to say they did not know what they were doing in Ukraine.
Ending his speech to the cheers of Ukrainian politicians, he said: “Ukraine will win”.
