I give it away convince people to jog outdoors in winter. Gym is good! And if wearing layers and lights to run out into the freezing dark isn’t what appeals to you, a few well-meaning words probably won’t work.
But jogging during these long, dull months is your chance to get a fever in the cabin and breathe in the fresh air and much-needed vitamin D.
