Gathered as part of the Priority Pass Excellence Awards, this award features the highest-rated lounges across Priority card networkTheir ranking is determined by 379,966 member ratings and reviews.

Each lounge is judged on a variety of criteria, including quality of facilities, customer service, food and beverage selection and overall satisfaction, with awards recognizing the lounges the best both regionally and globally.

The Vienna Lounge was refurbished in 2022 and is possibly the hottest Priority Pass lounge we’ve ever visited, so it’s no surprise that it received the best ratings in Europe and globally from visitors. It has art nouveau style, a beautiful Viennese cafe and top-notch food and drinks. And that’s before we mention the airy outdoor terrace with views of the runway and the artwork displayed throughout the lounge, including various works by famous Austrian painter Gustav Klimt.
