Lots of little animals remind us of puppies and baby pandas are no exception. In particular, a raccoon just wants to play all day and it will do whatever it can to convince humans to play with it.
This baby panda lives in the Wolong National Nature Reserve in China, where a zookeeper regularly stops by to feed it. Instead of eagerly gobbling up food like most animals, this raccoon skipped his favorite meal and instead climbed on top of him. He prefers to have a good time instead of having dinner.
Panda wants to play!
A viral video shows the interaction between the adorable baby panda and the centralized zookeeper. In the video, zoo staff break pieces of bamboo and place them on the ground for the pandas to enjoy. However, the panda doesn’t seem to care about the delicious meal that surrounds him.
When the zoo staff handed out food, the baby panda clambered on his feet and tried to get his attention. Somehow, the man wasn’t bothered by the raccoons’ silly antics. He continued to do his job without being distracted by the little fur ball.
Occasionally, the panda will let go of the zookeeper to chew on bamboo or sticks, but then it always returns to its essential playtime. He hugs zoo staff, clings to his legs and even gnaws on his clothes. But no matter what he does, he can’t get humans to play with him.
Food first, playtime later
At the end of the video, the zoo staff finished breaking bamboo for the baby panda. He moves some sticks out of the way, and then he turns to the raccoon. To the cub’s surprise, the zoo keeper played with it a bit when the feeding was done.
When the zoo employee got up and left, the raccoon followed him for a long time, not wanting the man to go back to his job. If it were up to this panda, every hour of the day would be playtime!

Of course, nearly all animal lovers who watched this video loved pandas. Most of the commenters mentioned that they would never be able to do the job of a zookeeper without being distracted. How could anyone resist that adorable panda?
