Striker Azure Gunvolt 3, the latest release in the Gunvolt saga, just received a new update, bringing the game to Ver. 1.4.0. It brings with it a bunch of new content and bug fixes that will make the gameplay more enjoyable for everyone.
So without further ado, let’s take a look at the full patch notes:
New content
– The new boss battle “‘New World Order’ Asimov” is now available.
– Added an “auto transparency” option to Story Mode+, which automatically hides the character portrait when it covers the character during gameplay.
– Added option to disable Image Pulse cutscenes.
– An icon has been added indicating when Special Missions or Bosses are added — Quests have been unlocked. Additionally, a hint will be shown to additional bosses until they are unlocked.
– English voiceover has been added for additional content that was not available before.
Fixes– Fixed an issue that prevented the game from progressing when Kirin used her Ressen Slash ability in a certain location during the “Cyber Daydream” quest.
– Fixed an issue where the player would be sent back to an unexpected location when falling off the screen during the second half of “Holy Night XIII”.
– Fixed an issue where Kirin’s amulet didn’t return from locked enemies when performing a Chain of Arcs when the enemy disappeared.
– Fixed an issue where opening the menu as soon as the boss battle started would cause Story Mode+ to resume while paused.
– Fixed an issue where destroying the Hexapyle while a Kudos Song was playing would cause the song’s name to display incorrectly.
– Fixed an issue where equipping the passive visual pulse MERAK and the MERAK “Lazy Assassin” did not provide the desired effects.
– Fixed an issue where if a boss was defeated while using “Azure Striker” ASIMOV, the thundering sound effect would continue to play.
– Fixed an issue where Skill Image Pulse SERPENTINE would continue to damage bosses during special attack cutscenes.
– Fixed an issue when using “Frigid Blossom” TENJIAN where Tenjian would remain on the screen.
– Fixed an issue with the description for the passive Image Pulse “The Slothful Conjurer” MERAK when played in French, Italian, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
– Many other issues have been fixed.
