Audi Malaysia distributor, PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) has announced the launch Second generation Audi A3 Sedan In Malaysia, the price is RM331,990 including duties and sales tax.
Coming to the S Line guise, the Audi A3 Sedan 2022 for Malaysia is equipped with the manufacturer’s 2.0-liter turbocharged in-line 4-cylinder petrol engine, producing 190 horsepower from 4,180 rpm to 6,000 rpm. / min and 320 Nm of torque from 1,500 rpm to 3,990 rpm. Drive is sent to the front wheels via a seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch automatic transmission.
This is a larger and more powerful engine than its predecessor, First generation upgrade A3 1.4 TFSImade 150hp and 250Nm of torque, and was priced significantly lower at the time, at RM239,900.
Exterior equipment for the A3 Sedan is a sporty S Line body, including LED headlights, 17-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels with 225/45 tires. Suspension is a MacPherson strut at the front and a four-link configuration at the rear.
Inside, the A3 Sedan S Line is wrapped in high-quality Nappa leather with an ‘S’ decorative logo and a sporty three-spoke multifunction steering wheel with gearshift paddles.
Drivers can access the Audi drive select for a range of driving modes – efficient, dynamic, comfortable, automatic and individual – as well as the Audi virtual cockpit along with the 10-inch touchscreen infotainment unit. ,1 inch, while the Audi smartphone interface supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Other conveniences include power-adjustable front sport seats, a cargo and boot package, as well as hands-free start assist, parking assist and parking assist.
For the Malaysian market, the Audi A3 Sedan S Line 2.0 TFSI comes with a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty, with a 3-year free maintenance package and 5-year roadside assistance. Eight exterior colors are offered – Turbo Blue, Ibis White, Glacier White, Mythos Black, Navarra Blue, Python Yellow, Tango Red and Daytona Gray.
