An impressive winner of the Sept. 25 Cotillion Stakes (G1) at Parx Racing, Clairiere is pointing towards the Longines Breeders’ Cup Distaff (G1).
TVG Pacific Traditional (G1) captor Tripoli labored a pointy 5 furlongs in 1:00 for coach John Sadler. The son of Kitten’s Joy was most recently fourth in the Awesome Again Stakes (G1).
Ending simply forward of Tripoli when third within the Superior Once more, C R Ok Secure’s Express Train , breezed five furlongs in 1:01 4/5. The John Shirreffs trainee captured the San Diego Handicap (G2) and San Pasqual Stakes (G2) this year.

Pinehurst (inside) and As Time Goes By work in firm Oct. 24 at Santa Anita Park
At Belmont, Peter Brant’s three-time grade 1 winner Raging Bull breezed five-eighths in 1:01 4/5 in company with graded stakes winner Orglandes over firm Belmont inner turf.
“They both worked great,” said trainer Chad Brown.
Raging Bull, a last out third in the Sept. 18 Ricoh Woodbine Mile (G1T), will make his next start in the FanDuel Breeders’ Cup Mile Presented by PDJF (G1T). The 6-year-old Dark Angel bay was 10th in last year’s Mile.
