Apple releases iOS update to fix iPhone 14 Pro camera shake issue
Apple on Thursday release iOS 16.0.2, the latest version of the mobile operating system.
The update fixes a surprising problem that the owners of the new update have iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max reported — iPhone camera will vibrate when users try to take pictures using popular third-party apps like TikTok and Instagram.
The update also fixes a number of other iPhone issues, such as a bug that caused the screen to go all black during device setup; bug that makes VoiceOver unavailable after reboot; and an issue where touch input became unresponsive on some iPhone X, iPhone XR, and iPhone 11 screens after servicing.

You can download the iOS update by going to Settings > General > Software Update. It is available for iPhone 8 and later versions of the device.
