Alexis Skyy has started her week by sharing some inspirational messages regarding her relationship with God.
She started by thanking God for another day
On Monday, Skyy uploaded a video on Instagram that included her sharing a short message with her followers.
She started off warmly by thanking God for another week. No “I hate Monday energy” here!
“Hi guys, happy Monday. I want to thank God for another week, another day.”
She went on to note that she has been “on a spiritual journey” for a while now. As a result, Alexis has “drawn closer to God,” and she even claims that she “completely” entrusts her life to Him.
“For those of you who have followed me, I am on a spiritual journey. I drew closer to God and I gave my life to Him.”
Alexis Skyy Says Her Journey ‘It Wasn’t Easy’: ‘I Was So Used To Living A Certain Way’
As Alexis Skyy continued, she gleefully pointed out that the decision to dedicate herself to God was “the greatest thing ever.”
However, she certainly noted that her spiritual journey also encountered some difficulties. Specifically, Alexis shyly said that she was “too used to living a certain way” and brought in a certain amount of money. However, she eventually realizes that “everything has become too easy” for her because she is “doing things the wrong way.
“It’s not easy. Every day, it became more and more difficult for me because I was so used to living a certain lifestyle. I’m so used to living a certain way, I’m so used to earning this money. But that’s because I did things the wrong way, and that’s why things came to me so easily.”
Despite these challenges, however, Skyy said, “It’s okay because God is testing my faith.” We love an optimist queen who always stays positive!
“Things are getting a little harder now, but that’s okay because God is testing my faith.”
At the end of her upload, she gives an example of how optimism has helped her overcome discouragement. In particular, her telling herself that she “will move on” and that “this is what God wants you to do” helped her keep pushing.
“I was depressed the other day, and I had to stop and say, ‘Alexis, no. You will not give up. You will keep going. This is what God wants you to do.’”
