According to ESPN, Deflategate implied that the New England Patriots used an illegal process to reduce football inflation… specifically during the AFC Championship with the Indianapolis Colts because Brady was said to prefer a softball grip. The claims were investigated and an investigation resulted in Brady’s four-match ban for the following season.
Brady has always denied “changing” any football game.
The Patriots won the playoffs 45-7… Brady had three touchdown passes in the game.
The Packers will host the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC qualifiers on Saturday. Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.
