Low light is something every landscape photographer will have to deal with at one point or another, but that doesn’t mean you have to pack up and head home without any worthwhile images. . Even with the most careful planning in advance, this is something you will run into at one time or another. One thing worth noting is that flat light can be really good for taking more detailed photos. Of course, that’s not to say you can’t take more traditional wide-angle shots with a little tweaking, but that flat light can be great for going into a nearby forest and grabbing just about anything. from photos of individual plants to macro shots of leaves or the like.
