The Z mount initially began with some more practical lenses that offered useful if somewhat unexciting specs and capabilities. However, more recently, we have seen some more extreme options, with the 135mm f/1.8 possibly being the most impressive example. Traditionally, the 85mm focal length has been where we have seen some of the most impressive portrait offerings, but 135mm has long been an alternative. In recent years, the 135mm focal length has grown in popularity, and several manufacturers have put out some highly impressive and competitive options.
