Few things excite frequent flyers more than the prospect of a plane ticket you can fly.
It’s like a satisfying buffet of dreams in the sky for visitors. You can fly to as many places as you want and theoretically pay the same fixed price. In fact, one of the most iconic moments in modern day travel deals was in 2010 when JetBlue offered a Unlimited Jet Pass for 30 days flight.
And now we know that a new pass is coming in 2023. Only this time JetBlue won’t offer unlimited flights, that is Denver-based Frontier Airlines.
What we know about Frontier Airlines’ all-you-can-fly pass
Details are still a bit bleak about Frontier’s just-announced all-you-can-fly offering, called GoWild Pass. But we do know that it will arrive in the spring of 2023 and it will be valid for 12 months for more than 300 travel days that year.
This implies that there will be invalid travel days, which we assume will be days that the airline considers peak days. That’s not unheard of for airfare, as when JetBlue had tickets more than a decade ago, tickets that included Friday and Sunday travel were more expensive than tickets that excluded those days.

We also know that the Frontier GoWild pass will be valid for all Frontier destinations and offers unlimited flights for the duration of the pass.
However, a potential challenge with Frontier’s airline ticket model could be hidden in the email the airline sends about the new card that says “…you will be able to be confirmed for your flight.” you for your flight the day before You took off…”
If that means earliest you get a confirmed seat on the flight, then that obviously limits the card’s utility to those who need to plan trips more than a day in advance.

Also, keep in mind that Frontier charges for front seat assignment and full size bagsthis can add to the cost of making flights with the card if you need to pay for those extras.

How much does Frontier’s GoWild cost?
One very important detail we don’t know for sure is how much this ticket will cost, except Frontier says “a limited number of tickets will be offered at a WILDLY discount”.
When JetBlue had a 30-day flight more than a decade ago, fares were $499 to $699, depending on whether you wanted to fly Friday and Sunday.
This early year, Alaska Airlines introduces subscription-based flight pass starts at $49 per month but goes up to $749 per month. It’s not an unlimited pass, however, and it only covers flights within California, as well as flights to Phoenix (PHX), Reno (RNO) and Las Vegas (LAS).
Of course, both JetBlue and Alaska are significantly different from Frontier in how they typically price flights and how much they earn on ancillary fees when someone buys the base fare.
To give an idea of how Frontier values things, its own annual Den member discount gives you access to lower cost flights and ongoing Free Fly Kids promotion (multiple terms and conditions) priced at $59.99 per year + 40 enrollment fee dollars for the first year. Frontier also has offered a year at its top for $499 in the recent past.

Much is still unknown about Frontier’s upcoming GoWild airfare, but what we do know paints a picture that while it will be valid to any Frontier Airlines destination for more than 300 days per year, but there will also be some very important terms and conditions to be aware of before deciding if it is helpful in your situation.
