Nauticam Launches Camera Case for Nikon Z6 III

Nauticam announced underwater house for the new Nikon Z6 III. The third-generation mid-range full-frame mirrorless camera is the first interchangeable-lens camera to boast a “partially stacked CMOS sensor,” which aims to deliver most of the benefits of a “fully” stacked sensor—faster autofocus, less rolling shutter, faster continuous shooting, higher frame rate video, etc.—without the high manufacturing costs. In fact, the Z6 III’s spec sheet is getting closer to those of the Z8 and Z9, including 14fps continuous shooting with a mechanical shutter and video recording up to 6K/60p 12-bit N-RAW and 5.4K/60p ProRes at 10-bit 4:2:2.

As you’d expect, the Nauticam NA-Z6III housing is designed to take full advantage of both the Z6 III’s stills and video capabilities. You’ll get Nauticam’s famous attention to ergonomic detail, with every camera control rerouted to its most convenient location, along with an integrated grip. The aluminum housing comes with the company’s built-in vacuum and leak detection system, so you can rest assured before you hit the water.

The NA-Z6III is priced at $4,129 and is available for pre-order now from retailers like Back reflection.
