UK Open TV schedule 2023, coverage, live stream, how to watch online, channels, starting at Royal Liverpool
The final big tournament of 2023 ends Sunday with a Round 4 match at The Open Championship, the 151st game of the R&A’s famed tournament, starting early and running into the afternoon. Royal Liverpool hosted the event for the first time in nine years as Claret Jug returned to Hoylake, England, for the 13th time overall with a field already loaded to continue vying for the chance to lift it on Sunday.
While all eyes were on Rory McIlroy heading into the tournament, he and the rest of the field were looking up at Brian Harman, who shot a £65 on Friday and increased his lead on Saturday to sit in the under-12, five shots from the field. 2023 Masters champion Jon Rahm hit the lowest round of Move Day — and his pivotal career — with 63, but he’s in third place, six shots behind Harman with 18 holes left to play.
Cameron Young posted 66th to come in second behind Harman, while Jason Day, Tommy Fleetwood and Viktor Hovland led a T4 team seven shots behind the leader. An extended chase on Sunday would likely put Harman down to a considerable extent, but strange things certainly happen in professional golf.
While attending the Open Championship is certainly a memorable experience, just seeing golf play on one of the game’s biggest stages each year is a treat. CBSSports.com is excited to bring you in-depth coverage of The Open all week.
Suffice to say about it. Here’s how you can watch as much of The Open as you can on Sunday.
