Saturday, March 11, 2023 07:00 AEDTThe BBC has decided not to air an episode of Sir David Attenborough’s flagship new series about UK wildlife over fears its theme of devastating nature would risk a political backlash. Tory experts and the right-wing press, the Guardian said.
The decision angered the showrunners and some insiders. BBCThose who fear the corporation have bowed to pressure from lobbying groups in the “dinosaur way”.
The BBC strongly denies this case and insists the episode in question was never intended to be broadcast.

The allegation that conservatives and climate skeptics will try to stop an Attenborough program is absurd. How can we entertain our readers by exposing the strangeness of green ideaswhat if the Greens were prevented from publishing those ideas?
The only time we protested that I can recall was unlimited use of green propaganda films as educational materialspresent them to children as an indisputable fact, when many of them have serious errors.
