According to Swiss National Bank President Thomas Jordan, monetary policy has been “too expansionary”.
Asked by CNBC’s Joumanna Bercetche if the current economic situation would be different if the central banking community were more responsive to signs of inflation.
“We probably all underestimated inflationary pressures in 2021,” Jordan told CNBC at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
