Jada Pinkett: I Cried On My Wedding Day. . . And being ‘REQUIRED’ Not to walk down the aisle w/ WILL!!
An old interview between Jada Pinkett, her mother, and some of the top entertainment journalists is going viral. During the interview, Jada said some pretty weird things about how she felt walking down the aisle and marrying Will Smith.
The interview – which took place in 2019 – just before the second season of her Facebook show Red Table Talk. In the interview, Jada talked about what it was like to be married to Will (in 1997).

Jada said to the interviewer, “[My mom] want me to have a wedding. She wants me to get married [to Will],. . . I don’t want to! … She told me to get married and that we should have a wedding.”
In the same interview, Jada’s mother confessed that forcing Jada down the aisle with Will was “a mistake”.
Jada was 3 months pregnant with her first child, Jaden, when the two got married.
And that’s not the first time Jada has talked about her wedding day.
Jada married the Men in Black actor on New Year’s Eve 1997, having previously admitted that their wedding was “appalling.”
She confessed on a Red Table Talk in October 2018: “I was very upset because I had to have a wedding. I was very angry. I cried on the freaky way to get married. “
