YAS-209 is an excellent soundbar Great sound and easy to use. It features Amazon’s Alexa voice control, so you can play music, check the weather, and even set a timer with ease. It has dropped to this price a few other times since August, but this is still as cheap as it gets.
Polk reaction (8/10, Recommend with WIRED) is one of our favorite soundbars, thanks to its excellent Amazon Alexa integration. You can use Amazon’s voice assistant to easily set a timer or play music. The bar even has modular speakers and a subwoofer available as standalone add-ons, so you can upgrade to full surround sound later.
Vizio’s Atmos soundbar outperforms its price point when it comes to sound quality. It’s a small Dolby Atmos 5.1.4 system, but it has a dedicated subwoofer and rear surround that gives you completely immersive sound. You’ll love it for a more home theater-like experience. It has been dropping in price since October, when it was at $550.
This is a great deal for a great surround sound system from Vizio. You get dedicated wireless surround speakers and a dedicated wireless subwoofer, plus support for Dolby 5.1. It’s cheaper than most bars that don’t have surround speakers, and it sounds better, too.
Roku’s Streambar is a great combination of mini soundbar and streaming device with built-in Roku operating system, making it a perfect addition to older, smaller TVs.
If you don’t have enough room for a full-fledged surround system with dedicated speakers and a subwoofer, this compact soundbar will blast the sound around your room to emulate the full Dolby Atmos experience.
Samsung’s soundbar/subwoofer combo options typically cost a bit more than competition from Vizio and others. This Black Friday, that’s not quite true, thanks to this solid deal on a wireless soundbar and subwoofer with DTS:X and Dolby 5.1 support.

If you want to watch your favorite shows and movies on the big screen, but you don’t want to wake up your family or annoy your neighbors, this streaming stick is a great choice. It comes with a built-in headphone jack, so you can listen with any 3.5mm connected can. (A pair of headphones is also included.)
Target, Outdoor shower bed, Adorama
We are huge fans of this dongle (8/10, Recommend with WIRED) as it can easily help you access almost all streaming apps. There’s even a built-in Google Assistant for easy voice search, and you can still cast from your phone like you did with old Chromecast guarded devices.
If you like Amazon’s ecosystem, this is a good deal for a good streaming stick. The Fire Stick 4K’s interface isn’t as smooth as Google’s or Roku’s, but it’s still perfectly adequate, and if you use Alexa elsewhere in your home, it’s a good choice.
