& Other Stories is another brand I’ve looked to over the years for high-street high-end purchases, but oftentimes, while pretty, its signature prints and brightly colored seams can make me feel a bit “momentary”. This summer, however, I discovered not one, not two, but three dresses & Other Stories that really caught my attention because of their ultra-chic, off-trend, and most importantly, easy-to-wear style.
I’m talking about the brand pleated kaftan skirt, polo shirt And midi skirt tank top—all of which are (unsurprisingly) bestsellers for the brand and have, at one point or another over the past few months, sold out due to their popularity. The good news is that they’ve all been replenished (at least for now), so I wanted to share them with you before they fly out again.
Personally, I like that all three dresses are really versatile and are easy to put on or off with a simple transition of sandals to heels. I’m always on the lookout for dresses that can be used for multi-tasking for holidays, workdays, events, and more relaxed weekend wear to ensure maximum wearability, and all of these dresses fit those items.
Their minimalist and monochromatic designs also make it very difficult for us to pinpoint a particular moment in fashion, meaning I’ll be happy to take them out of my wardrobe year after year. And lastly, I love that they’re all completely ageless and will look great on anyone, 20 to 70 years old (which means hopefully there’s never a time when I don’t feel confident wearing them!). However, I just wish & Another Story would expand its size range on large to cover more.
