What is called Toyota Innova in Malaysia market called Toyota Kijang Innova in Indonesia. There’s a top-of-the-line variant out there called the Toyota Kijang Innova Venturer, so the word Zenix could be some form of suffix of the top-of-the-line variant.
Alternatively, the car’s name could be renamed Innova Zenix or simply Zenix, in the same way that Avanza Veloz eventually became Toyota Veloz with the latest generation.
There is a case for significant rebranding of the product line if there are major changes. For example, the Avanza Veloz has been built on a rear-wheel drive platform with a vertical engine into a DNGA platform vehicle with transverse engine and front-wheel drive, hence the new Toyota Veloz name in a way. there.
